The International Festival of Creativity, Art and Digital Design (OFFF) gathers during the days March 23, 24 and 25 to the main voices of the creative industry that sets the trends of the new image and aesthetics in the fields of design, art and post-digital culture. The event takes place at the Design Hub Barcelona and they have already hung the ‘sold out’ sign. Below is a review of everything that can be found in the 22nd edition of the OFFF 2023 festival.
More than 70 speakers of international dimension
More than 70 speakers linked to creativity, design, visual art and digital culture, from countries such as United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Germany, Mexico, the Netherlands or Spain. The event welcomes the audience from a total of 58 countries from the different continents.
‘Fun zone’, the free part
OFFF programming includes workshops, masterclasses, a contest for emerging professionals and different activities of sponsors and allies of this edition. The festival also provides free access to the ‘Fun Zone’ in the outdoor spaces of Disseny Hub with a gastronomic proposal and live conferences will be streamed.
‘Live mural painting’ and ‘live reading’
The artist Ben Tallon will create a mural inspired by the city of Barcelona with the help of Montana Colors during the three days that the event takes place. Also the designer Timothy Goodman will read his new book live ‘I Always Think It’s Forever: A Love Story Set in Paris as Told by an Unreliable but Earnest Narrator’. OFFF festival attendees may be the first to acquire a copy and the author’s signature.

framestore: Creative studio that has won the BAFTAs and also the Oscars, which this year will carry out Open Films (an exclusive audiovisual piece from this festival).

Timothy Goodman: Designer, muralist, illustrator and author of the book ‘I Always Think It’s Forever: A Love Story Set in Paris as Told by an Unreliable but Earnest Narrator’. Goodman’s art is on walls, buildings, cars, people, magazine covers and galleries around the world.

Dave Carson: He is an American graphic design legend and art director. His unconventional style revolutionized the graphic design scene in the United States in the 1990s. The artist will give a workshop in which participants will be able to create their own Carson-inspired poster using his collage technique.
Book OFFF 23
He offf book 2023 that is given to all attendees is titled ‘Turn’ and it is dedicated to mental health. The festival asked several ‘speakers’ to share a personal pain or an experience that made them strengthen their minds. They could use whatever graphic or visual aid they thought would best illustrate their emotions.
