Thomas Bacon

Thomas John Bacon is an artist whose work focuses upon the conception of the 'body' and 'being' and on the idea of a multiplicity of selves in performance. He performs through the mediums of live art, body art and butoh, and also directs experimental theatre. He has a Masters from Goldsmiths College, University of London in Performance and currently lectures on a variety of performing arts courses. At present he is researching his doctorate with Bristol University, and is also an associate artist of Leibniz.
